The 20th Annual Miss Continental Pageant will be held September 5th and 6th at The Vic Theater in Chicago. Tickets for this year's contest will go on sale July 14, 1999 at 12:30 p.m. and are $30.00 for Sunday night and $50.00 for Monday night. Seats are very limited and tickets will be sold on a first come basis, so you should make your reservations as soon as possible. Ticket payment must be in the form of cash, certified check, money order or credit card (no personal checks will be accepted) - ticket reservations will be canceled if payment is not received within (7) days of the date the reservation is made. Any cash payment must be made in person, do not send cash through the mail, as the Miss Continental Pageant will not be responsible for receipt. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 14.9%) in affect at time of check in. All reservation requests MUST be guaranteed with a major credit card. A one (1) night non-refundable deposit will be charged to the card at least three (3) weeks prior to arrival. Furthermore, should there be any damage to, or loss of linen from sleeping rooms, the guest room folio will be charged accordingly. Linen will include any towels, sheets, washcloths or any other article identified by the Hotel as damaged. Guest must present a valid credit card at time of check-in to guarantee payment of any incidentals of the Hotel may request a cash deposit at check-in
